Packing and Distributing Basic Necessities

On 15th and 20th December 2013, Leo Club of SMK Air Putih joined a project organized by Lions Club of Kuantan, Lions Club of Kuantan City and Lions Club of Indera Mahkota.This project started at 9am. We packed around 150 bags and 300bags on that two days. It took us around 2 hours to finish packing. We also followed Lions to Pekan to distribute the basic necessities.

Refurbishing the basketball court

On 26th October, we organized a refurbishing the basketball court project. We repainted our school basketball court and it took us hours to paint it.The aim of this project is to let the students have a better environment when they having their PJK time. We started this project from 8am till 12pm. 7 B.O.D and 2 members were involved in this project.

House Cleaning Project

On the 11th December 2013, Leo Club Of SMK Air Putih organized a house cleaning project. The aim for this project is to help the flood victims to clean their house after the flood. We Were divided into teams and were sent to different houses to clean. It was a total mess and most of the furniture was destroyed. We helped carrying the furniture and cleaned the house. It took us hours to clean it all up.

We hope that we could help the flood victims by cleaning their houses and donating basic necessities.Although we were tired, but we felt happy and glad that we could help.

Kampung Semangat

On 10th December, we went to Kampung Semangat to give the basic necessities to the flood victims that we collected few days ago.

After collecting the basic necessities ( clothes, toiletries,food,etc.) few days ago, we brought it directly to Kampung Semangat which is approximately 30km away from Air Putih, Kuantan. This project started from 9am to 1pm. Before we started our journey to Kampung Semangat, we went to Eng Hong to buy mineral water,biscuits and maggie mee (cup) using the money we collecting the other day for the flood victims.

Once again, we would like to thank the people who donated.

Collecting Basic Necessities For The Flood Victims

The propose of this project is to collect basic necessities for the flood victims since there's many victims need our help. The flood caused a lot of destruction, they had lost their belongings and could not live in their own house due to the flood too. So, we went around housing areas to collect basic necessities such as clothes,blankets and more.

We went to Bukit Pelindung and Tok Sira housing areas on Saturday and Sunday morning.
We started on 9am to 12pm for two days. The first day we could not proceed due to the heavy rain, so we continue the next morning.

We managed to collect more than 20 bags of clothes. Is a success.

Selling sprays on new year's eve

Hey guys! We are selling these sprays on the 31st December 2013 (New Year's Eve) at Berjaya Megamall. The aim of this project is to raise fund for our club. Pre-order is kindly recommended as sprays are limited. Sprays will be given on that day to those who ordered. Of course, we will also be selling on that day but with a higher price. Refurbish SMKAP

Hello! Sorry for not updating for awhile..
On 19th November, we had refurbish the "SMKAP" at our school.
Here is the before and after picture :

Firstly,we cleaned the surrounding area and cut off the grass before we start painting. Then, we painted red,green and blue colour on it. Lastly, we filled up with some beautiful stones.Its DONE! What do you guys think?
We are so happy that our principal is satisfied on it!

Halloween Theme Leo Day

On Saturday 2nd November 2013, We celebrated Halloween at Teluk Cempedak beach. We had played few interesting games together with leo members. We started the event from 8am till 12pm.

Celebrating Mooncake Festival with orphans

On Monday 16th September 2013, Leo club committees visited Rapha Orphanage. We celebrated Mooncake Festival with the orphans and had much fun with them too!

Firstly, we had some conversations with the orphans to get more closer with them.

We are so happy that we spent our time with the orphans and had enjoyed too. We hope the orphans also felt happy playing with us on that day. Hopefully we will have chance to come back again!  ROAR ROAR ROAR!
